SEMI organizes and produces nearly 100 expositions, conferences and special events around the globe each year. Many of these conferences feature a Call for Papers to source the latest scientific, engineering and business ideas. Many other SEMI events are managed by committees and special interest groups that do not have a Call for Papers, but contact speakers directly.

ASMC 2015 - 2nd Call for Papers

Event Dates:  May 3-6, 2015
Location:  Saratoga Springs, New York, USA

The ASMC technical committee is now soliciting abstracts.  This IEEE supported conferenced has been a leading international technical conference for exploring solutions to improve the collective microelectronics manufacturing expertise. Solving the challenges presented by semiconductor manufacturing is an ongoing collaborative effort by users, device makers, equipment and materials suppliers and academia. ASMC provides an unparalleled platform for semiconductor professionals to network and learn the latest information in the practical application of advanced manufacturing strategies and methodologies. The conference is now soliciting abstracts in 18 topic areas from professionals involved in all areas of semiconductor manufacturing.  In addition to publication in the conference proceedings, select papers will be invited to participate in a special section of ASMC 2015 to be featured in the IEEE Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing

Papers selected for presentation at ASMC 2014 may be considered for the IEEE Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing special section. Questions? Contact Margaret Kindling at mkindling@semi.org.


Call for Papers Opens:  July 8, 2014
Authors must use the abstract template.  Abstracts must be uploaded to the ASMC collection site. Please indicate if the abstract is to be considered for a poster presentation.

Abstract Due (extended):  November 10, 2014
Abstracts submitted after the published deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Author Notification Sent:  December 19, 2014
Primary authors/contacts will receive an instructional email.  Upon notification, authors will be requested to confirm their participation in the conference.
