Jim Dauwalter and David Miller Join SEMI North America Advisory Board
SAN JOSE, Calif., January 25, 2005 -- SEMI announced that Entegris Chief Executive Officer James E. Dauwalter and DuPont Electronic Technologies Vice President and General Manager David B. Miller have been appointed to the SEMI North America Advisory Board (NAAB). The advisory board is chartered to provide input to the president of SEMI North America concerning the regional activities of the global industry association.
The advisory board is comprised of 16 industry leaders from semiconductor equipment and materials companies with operations in North America. The mission of the NAAB is to strengthen the financial, market, and technology performance of SEMI member companies through programs, influence on the device community, and impact on public policy. Miller will serve on the Public Policy subcommittee. Dauwalter will serve on the Communications and Membership subcommittee.

DuPont Electronic Technologies is a unit of the DuPont Company consisting of nine businesses dedicated to the electronics industry.
