SEMI PRESENTS NEW ENGLAND BREAKFAST FORUM ON MARCH 9
Session will Focus on Emerging Technologies, Including Immersion Lithography
BOSTON, MASS., January 31, 2005 – SEMI will present the New England Breakfast Forum on “Emerging Technologies”, to be held March 9, 2005, in the Renaissance Boston Bedford Hotel, Bedford, Massachusetts.
The session will provide an overview on the current status of emerging nano-related technologies, including a discussion on opportunities and challenges in liquid immersion lithography.
Confirmed panelists include Michael Passow from IBM Microelectronics, Dr. Mordecai Rothschild from MIT Lincoln Labs, and Dr. James Castracane from Albany Nanotech. The panel will be moderated by Kevin Fitzgerald, editor-in-chief of Solid State Technology.

Registration opens at 7.30am, and the program runs from 8.15am to 10.30am. The cost is $35 for SEMI members and $55 for non-members.
