Advanced materials have become a critical enabler of semiconductor growth applications. The Electronics Manufacturing Group (EMG) represents members in materials production, distribution and services to better serve the interests of the $69 billion electronics materials industry. 

Semiconductor materials play a vital role in the manufacturing of integrated devices (I.C.s). Materials that are used to pattern the wafer are considered "Fab Materials", materials that are used to protect and/or connect the die are called "Packaging Materials". Learn More

FlexTech, a SEMI Strategic Association Partner focuses on the growth, profitability and success of flexible and printed electronics, by developing educational forums, directing research and development funding and advocating for the technology. Learn more.

Since 1993, the FlexTech (formerly U.S. Display Consortium – USDC) has funded over 100 projects in R&D, with a total public/private investment in excess of U.S. $220 million.
