DAS Environmental Expert USA, Inc, a subsidiary of environmental technology specialist DAS Environmental Expert GmbH (based in Dresden, Germany), recently proudly celebrated its tenth anniversary. Since its founding in spring 2014 in San Jose, California, the company has become a major player in the field of waste gas and wastewater treatment for semiconductor and solar manufacturers in North America.
These key industries are currently experiencing a significant upswing as a result of the US CHIPS and Science Act, which has led to the establishment of major new chip factories. At the same time, there are increasing demands on the industry to make a decisive contribution to environmental protection and resource conservation. For this reason, DAS US has significantly expanded its sales and service business in the USA in recent years.
With currently 26 well-known customers, mainly in the semiconductor industry, the company has established itself as a highly specialised provider of leading environmental technologies. The technology portfolio covers the entire range from burn-wet systems, wet systems, burn-dry systems and catalytic systems to particle separators. DAS US also specialises in the treatment of industrial wastewater.
Since the beginning of 2024, Preston Nance has been General Manager of Environmental Expert USA Inc. with offices in Boise, Idaho and Phoenix, Arizona.
