Women in Semiconductors at ASMC 2018

The Women in Semiconductors (WiS) Conference at ASMC heads into 2018 with a lot of momentum, and participants can be certain it will truly be a can’t-miss program. Past attendees at this extremely successful event ranked this dialog as one of the most relevant topics to the future of their business and the industry as a whole. Building on the strength of the last two years’ programs, the Women in Semiconductors program, held in conjunction with ASMC 2018 will address leadership skills, the power of talk and why promoting diversity in the workplace benefits everyone. The interactive discussion will include the following topics:

  • Moving into management
  • Modern take on work/life balance
  • Mechanics of Mentoring

The Women in Semiconductors session at ASMC continues to connect more women in this industry while also driving critical discussions across genders, and promises to be an unforgettable day for everyone in the working in the industry. . . . . Join us on April 30, 2018 at the Saratoga Hilton, Saratoga Springs, New York!

"I always find some nugget that is useful"

"It was very nice to actually understand that many women share very similar experiences and it is not just my own personal issues. It is sometimes not very obvious, but gender bias does exist and has impacted in my work situations. I am more aware now from this workshop but how to address it seems another level of the problem that I don't really have an answer."
