Printed Electronics of Sumitomo Chemical features conjugated solution processable molecules as a key technology. This technology includes materials design & synthesis, device fabrication & process evaluation, material and device analysis. Products/Services
Organic semiconductors from Sumitomo Chemical can be supplied as an ink in eco-friendly non-halogenated solvent. Organic semiconductor films can be formed on plastic substrates by printing processes at low temperature and in air. Light-weight and flexible electric devices can be realized.
The absorption spectrum of our conjugated polymers for the photoelectric conversion devices can be tuned throughout the visible and near infra-red, so that the semitransparent organic photovoltaics can be produced and the detection range of organic photodiodes can be tailored to the application.
