The Smart Manufacturing Initiative, in close collaboration with SEMI Foundation (WFD), actively supports SEMI members and the industry as a whole in identifying skills gaps and contributing to the development of curricula needed for AI-driven factories of the future. Efforts will focus on the development of educational materials to help reduce the workforce gaps and prepare electronics manufacturing workforce for the rapidly evolving needs of the industry in the age of Generative AI and aligned with the initiative’s roadmap vision.

We invite industry members with a background in the sector and a comprehensive understanding of the industry's requirements to join us. Those who have already been involved in training within their own organizations are particularly well-suited for this important endeavor.
