Stefan Chitoraga is in the packaging team within the Semiconductor, Memory, and Computing Division at Yole Intelligence (Yole Group). Stefan focuses on advanced packaging platforms and processes, substrates, and PCBs. He is involved daily in the production of technology and market reports and custom consulting projects. Stefan holds a bachelor’s in Electronics and Computer Science for Industry Applications from Polytech Grenoble (France).
