Pact for Skills Executive Board
Pact for Skills Executive Board greatly supports the European ambitions on microelectronics design and manufacturing, accelerating critical developments and ensuring a more resilient Europe.
The Pact for Skills program aims to provide a long-term diverse talent and skills pipeline by connecting training competence centers, universities, schools, and industries, on a regional and national level to create widely accessible learning platforms for upskilling and reskilling on microelectronics in Europe.

The SEMI European Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion provides guidance:

Industry Strategy Symposium (ISS) Europe Committee
The Industry Strategy Symposium (ISS) Europe is the strategic platform to bring together key stakeholders to help design a way forward to meet the high growth, but rapidly changing, needs of this vital market.
The Committee produces a final assessment of the program to highlight the opportunities and challenges and illustrate how we can build on European talent and capabilities, to develop the technology, products and services needed to meet our collective economic, social and sustainability goals.
The SEMI Global Automotive Advisory Council (GAAC) Europe
The SEMI Global Automotive Advisory Council (GAAC) Europe engages the entire automotive electronics supply chain and allows stakeholders along the supply chain to build partnerships, address common challenges, harmonize and align regional and global priorities, share information, and grow new business opportunities.
Semiconductor Technology Committee
Led by senior executives working in cross-functional and cross-application areas, the STC is responsible for scouting the newest and most promising technologies entering the semiconductor world, whether that is from startups or established organizations, and can help drive demand for the microelectronics ecosystem. The STC is responsible for developing multiple programs during SEMICON Europa.

MEMS & Imaging Sensors Summit is the leading summit of the entire MEMS and Imaging Sensors value chain.
The Committee helps shape the program with industry front runners covering topics in sensor fusion and integrated sensing technologies as well as the rise of new industry requirements for reliability and robustness.
Fab Management Forum Committee
Fab Management Forum Committee contributes to shape the program that highlights best practices for achieving sustainable operations by looking into the latest solutions for smarter tools and smarter processes.
Fab Management Forum provides discussions on how to make organizations innovative and manufacturing attractive and highlight best practices within and beyond the semiconductor industry.
Advanced Packaging Conference Committee
The Advanced Packaging Conference Committee is responsible for the development of the annual APC which addresses assembly, interconnection, packaging, and test of electronics. This is one of the most highly participated conferences focused in this area. The committee is also responsible for the call and the peer review of papers addressing the same themes.
3D & Systems Summit Committee
The 3D & Systems Summit Committee engages in shaping the program of the event which addresses the most relevant and advanced topics related to the 3D packaging roadmap, Heterogeneous Integration and System-In-Package (SiP) manufacturing.
European MedTech Advisory Council
The SMART MedTech Forum brings together key stakeholders from along the semiconductor value chain and healthcare sector to address current challenges and opportunities in bringing the power of chip technology to healthcare. Led by the European MedTech Advisory Council, the Forum will explore the influence of semiconductor technologies in driving healthtech innovations.
European SEMI Award Committee
The European Awards Committee consists of experts representing semiconductor, microsystem and photovoltaic related manufacturing companies, equipment and materials suppliers, research institutes and universities. The committee reviews nominations and applications and selects the award recipient.
The European SEMI Award has been established since 1989 to recognize significant contributions to the European semiconductor, microsystems, photovoltaic and display industries by individuals working in universities, research institutes or industry. This award, which demonstrates the industry’s high esteem for the recipient and is given annually.
SEMI End-to-End Smart Manufacturing
The European Chapter of the Smart Manufacturing Community is dedicated to the vision of an autonomous factory that is end-to-end vertically integrated along the semiconductor manufacturing value chain. Contribute to the strategic vision of a competitive Europe in the global arena.
SEMI Europe Think Tank 6G
The SEMI Europe Think Tank, established in 2018, comprises senior executives from across the electronics value chain and meets quarterly to discuss future mega trends, disruptions and industry solutions.
SEMI Europe Think Tank contributes to the global Future of Computing TT as the European chapter. Their primary contribution right now is the 6G WG effort. Members of the Think Tank group have formed the 6G WG.
ESiPAT Executive Committee
The European SEMI integrated Packaging, Assembly, and Testing (ESiPAT) executive committee consists of senior experts from SEMI member companies who have semiconductor packaging, assembly, or test manufacturing and/or design capabilities and capacities. The main goal of this committee is to promote the sustainable development of the Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly, and Test industry in Europe.
