Biography
Cassandra joined SEMI Europe in 2018 to lead its operations, business development, and strategic initiatives related to diversity and inclusion. In this role she is responsible for leading a culturally diverse team, enhancing member value, and directing operations for optimized financial performance. Prior to joining SEMI, she held the position of Global Product Manager at Atotech for its semiconductor division. She began her career at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute as a Business Manager focused on technical programs for chemistry and equipment manufacturers and held project management roles in clean room operations and IT. Cassandra's written work has been published in leading technical magazines and presented at conferences globally. She holds a BS in Business Management and a Minor in Neuropsychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

When Changing the World isn’t Enough: How Edwards is Tempting Talent
Biography
Eliska joined Edwards 10 years ago. In her time in the business, she has successfully led and developed various teams in the EMEA region, covering Technical Support, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain. She is now Operations Manager for the Edwards EMEA Semiconductor Customer Centre.
Eliska holds BA in Media communications and European studies and a master’s degree in International relations and Energy security (Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic). She is actively involved in local employer branding activities (in Brno, Czech), working closely with Brno universities, attracting, onboarding, and nourishing talents to support the organization’s sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Edwards, Eliska worked at IBM, where she drove standardization and customer excellence projects in the service delivery management area.
Outside of work, Eliska enjoys various sports and outdoor activities, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, practicing yoga, and, with her husband, being a guide to their two daughters.

Biography
Mark started with Edwards in June 2022. He is working as a Project Technician installing and commissioning vacuum pumps and abatement systems on a customer site. He has shown a keen interest in learning about the new mechanical and electrical upgrades to the systems. Mark has participated in Diversity & Inclusion events onsite with the team and also traveled to SEMICON Europa in November to discuss Leveraging Generational Differences in the Shifting Workplace. As a representative of Generational Z, he gave insights on how it has been like working in a professional environment as well as some key factors he, as a Gen Z, look for when it comes to looking for a job and what attracts him to engage with a company.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Communication Engineering.

Anna started in Edwards in July 2020 joining the Install team as a Project Technician. A year later she became the Install Project Lead managing the onsite installation team. In September 2022, she moved into the Project Manager role. She now manages the onsite team and the installation project with a team of cell leads and technicians. Anna is a Diversity Champion on the Intel Ireland site working with the onsite diversity team to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.

Biography
Michael Reeve has been in the semiconductor business for thirty years. An experienced leader of change: acquisition integration, formation of effective sales and customer service teams & supply chain re-engineering.
He is currently General Manager of EMEA Semiconductor for Edwards, leading a team of 250 and enjoying being back in Europe after two years in South Korea. Michael is a member of the SEMI Europe advisory board and active on the SEMI Workforce Development program.
Michael has an engineering degree from the University of Bath. His hobbies include cricket coaching, running, and rugby.
