Bridging the Gender Gap Through Allyship

The WiS committee wrapped up another successful Women in Semiconductor program. The 2023 in-person programs were an interactive exploration and discussion of promoting and strengthening women in management and leadership roles. The program addressed the importance of allyship, mentorship, overcoming biases and creating a culture of support and belonging so that more women can grow and succeed within the semiconductor industry.
