The Secondary Equipment & Applications (SE&A) group supports members in the global secondary market for semiconductor equipment. SEMI provides both the forum and leadership so companies can confidently participate in an open, informed and professional environment for the secondary equipment.
Code of Conduct
Members of the Secondary Equipment & Applications (SEA) strive to practice the highest quality of business ethics and integrity, including:
- Follow all laws and relevant industry Standards related to the sale, purchase, shipment, refurbishing, and remanufacture of used and pre-owned semiconductor equipment
- Never misrepresent the condition of used equipment, using commonly accepted definitions and terminology
- Never knowingly violate the intellectual property rights of buyers, sellers and original manufacturers of equipment and technology
