The SEMI Historical North America provides bookings and billings for North American-based semiconductor equipment manufacturers for the period from 1991 to 2016 and billings data for 2018-2023. The data includes front-end (Wafer Processing, Mask/Recticle, Wafer Manufacturing, Fab Facilities) and final manufacturing (Test, Assembly & Packaging).

SEMI uses a third-party financial firm to manage their market statistics data collection program. Bookings and billings figures are sent directly to the firm, from practicing member companies. Individual company data is not available to any agency or company, including SEMI. Confidentiality is guaranteed, and market share information for the program participants is never published.
