BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Salman Nasir serves as Sr. Technical Program Manager at Battelle, leading Microelectronics Security Research and Hardware Assurance programs. He manages Battelle’s Dayton, Ohio operations and supports on-site research at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Salman oversees sponsored programs and engineers supporting various organizations, including OUSD for R&E, DoD Service components, labs, FFRDCs, academic institutions, and commercial semiconductor industry. With over a decade of experience, he has expertise in microelectronics, RF communication, EO/IR sensors, high-performance computing, and compound semiconductor materials.
Before Battelle, Salman managed a diverse IR&D portfolio for a defense company, successfully transitioning technologies into production programs. He holds an M.B.A from Miami University, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Salman is a PMP® and Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and has received industry and DoD awards, including the defense manufacturing technology achievement award for an ARMY ManTech program.
